Fees payment through Interbank GIRO

We strongly encourage the payment of fees to be made through interbank GIRO deduction. Fees will be processed automatically through GIRO on the 16th of the month. If the 16th of the month of deduction falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deduction would be made on the following working day.

The Giro Deduction dates for the year are tabled for your reference as follows:

  Deduction dates
January, February & March 2018 (Term 1) -- February 2018 *
April, May and June 2018 (Term 2) 16 April 2018
July, August and September 2018 (Term 3) 16 July 2018
October, November and December 2018 (Term 4) 4 October 2018

*subject to change; an invoice will be distributed through your daughter/ward to inform you of the fees payment.

We would appreciate that you maintain sufficient funds for deduction on the dates stipulated in the table above. If deduction fails due to insufficient fund, a letter will be issued to you to make payment, by cheque or cash, for the outstanding fees. For each rejected GIRO deduction, there will be an administrative charge of $30.

Please click here for the GIRO form.

Fee adjustments due to change of citizenship status

If there is a change in your daughter's/ward's citizenship status,  please inform the class form teacher and the Finance Office by submitting the documentation proof by email or in person. The fees will be charged accordingly from the official date of conversion. e.g. for conversion of Singapore PR  to Singapore Citizen, the official date would be the date of issue stated in the passport.

For the change of citizenship status, the fees payable will be computed in the following manner; half a month’s fees will be charged if date of exit falls within 1st to 15th of the month and the full month’s fees will be charged if date of exit falls within 16th to 30th/31st of the month.

Fees payable for midstream withdrawal from school

If you intend to withdraw your daughter/ward from school, please inform us officially in writing to the Principal giving at least one month’s notice. Please note that last day of school at end of the Semester 1 should be 30 June and that of Semester 2 should be 31 December and fees chargeable accordingly.

For the mid-semestral withdrawal from school, the fees payable will be computed in the following manner: half a month’s fees will be charged if date of exit falls within 1st to 15th of the month and the full month’s fees will be charged if date of exit falls within 16th to 30th/31st of the month.
