MGS Secondary is a dual-track school with the GCE O-level/SEC track and the IP track leading to the International Baccalaureate Diploma at ACS (Independent). · Relevant degree or the equivalent
· Professional teaching qualification
· Successful performance in the position held at the time of application
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, facilitation skills for learning of academic and non-academic lessons, experience in working with student groups in schoolwide/community projects
· Highly adaptable with a learning mindset and an ability to think out of the box
· A sense of ownership and initiative in school improvement, is resourceful and innovative.
· Good staff work and organizational skills in engaging and influencing people at all levels

leadership competencies to support the HOD in developing and overseeing the Integrated Programme, and in building a culture of continual improvement and innovation aligned with system-level and school priorities.
capacity to lead, coach and develop teachers in curriculum enactment, assessment design, the purposeful use of technology, and the intentional development of students’ critical thinking, communication skills and 21st Century competencies.
ability to collaborate effectively with Heads of Department, Year Heads, Assistant Year Heads and external stakeholders to support the learning, character development and well-being of IP students.
