Student Leadership
Discover how MGS nurtures confident servant leaders through structured roles and platforms, from class leadership to prefects and house leaders.
The MGS Student Leadership Programme aims to prepare MGS students to serve as dynamic leaders in the 21st century, believing that ‘Every MGS Girl A Servant Leader’.
Through an experiential learning and reflective process based on the principles of The Leadership Challenge, the primary student leaders are guided in becoming confident and resilient servant leaders who actively engage the community.
Students who display strong leadership potential and a willingness to serve will be selected to serve in various student leadership roles, where training platforms are provided to support them in fulfilling their roles.
